SDPB HelpTechnical Site Problems General -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our live streams are MP3 files that are played through .pls files, which are compatible with any number of media players, including, but not limited to: Quicktime, iTunes, Winamp, and VLC. We also have Windows Media links which require Windows Media Player. Video and Audio archives older than August of 2009 require RealPlayer. Having problems with video? Our live video streams are Windows Media. Archives before August of 2009 are in Real Media format. Archives since then are either Windows Media or Flash Video. All archived shows prior to August of 2009 require RealOne or RealPlayer, which you can download for free. This is different from the premium version, but it gives you all you need to play the archives. A Note about Real Player 11: Several of our listeners have written in to tell us that they've not been able to connect to our archived streams using version 11 of the Real Player software. We have found that the best way to remedy this is to uninstall the application and download the version of Real Player found here. Still having trouble? let us know. If the type on your screen is too small: For Internet Explorer: In the "View" menu at the top of the browser window, select "Text Size." Choose a larger setting. Alternatively, if you have a wheel between the right and left buttons of your mouse, you can hold the Ctrl key and turn the wheel to adjust text size. For Mozilla Firefox 1.0 and higher: In the "View" menu at the top of the browser window, select "Text Size." Choose Increase Text Size. Alternatively, you can hold Ctrl key and hit the "+" and "-" keys to adjust text size.
