Episode #113:  Did you know?

In this episode we become acquainted with South Dakota's State Flower, the Prairie Pasque. We examine how windmills use nature to work. We also learn about Mother Nature when we explore how rainbows and hail are formed. We also talk about wild turkeys, Wood Boring Beetles, and some other creatures that live in South Dakota.

Nature Adventures

School Visits
Does your classroom watch Nature Adventures? You may be interested to know that Todd and Terri from Nature Adventures will be available for classroom visits to elementary and middle schools in SD!  They will bring along some samples from the various rocks, plants, and animals that they have found while exploring SD for the series.
