The Republicans, Democrats and Governor Daugaard spent the morning visiting with the media as the legislature wraps up week 3 of this years session. The Democrats spoke about the budget and economic growth. The Republicans focused on South Dakota's  relationship with Canada and how things are finally beginning to pick up in Pierre.
