Vietnam: 30 Years "Love It or Leave It: Music of the Vietnam Era" is a series of four, one-hour programs featuring the popular music of the Vietnam Era. "Vietnam: A High Plains Perspective" is a one-hour program with Midwest veterans telling the story of their Vietnam experience.
This program series marks the 30th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam Conflict. The music segments showcase popular music of the day and express the culture, protests, and evolution of the music industry. The story segment features the voices of men and women who served in country and document the changing cultural attitudes of the period.
