Constitutional Amendment T will be another ballot question voters will decide on Nov. 8th. If passed this initiated amendment to the South Dakota constitution will create an independent legislative redistricting commission composed of nine registered voters. Proponents of the measure share their thoughts on the ballot question as did those opposing the issue. Attorney General Marty Jackley shared his explanation with SDPB.
