As our lives blur between the digital realm and The Real World, ("TRL" in Internet slang), the stress associated with social media can take its toll, particularly on kids and young adults. Cyber bullying has been linked to teen suicides and crises in adolscent mental health.
FOCUS host Stephanie Rissler travels to Mitchell, SD, to visit a workshop that teaches youth how to cope with social media stress and in-studio guests discuss how to unplug before reaching the breaking point.
