Wisconsin High School Fans Can No Longer Chant "Scoreboard" or "We Can't Hear You" At Opposing Fans

According to Peter Burns of ESPN, students and fans attending high school games in Wisconsin are going to need to watch what they chant. Via the report, these new rules are being inforced by the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association.
