Kids’ Quest: Fill Your Head with Space
Grades 3-6; Science; 30 minutes.
Mr. Gerald Loomer, former science teacher at Rapid City Central High School, is
host of Kids’ Quest: Fill Your Head with Space. Mr. Loomer’s extensive
background with the study of space and with NASA’s “Teacher in Space” program
made him an ideal person to host this episode of our Kids’ Quest series.
Kids’ Quest: Fill Your Head with Space uses demonstrations, student
participation, and real NASA equipment to show students what life is like in
space.
