Rainbow Young Writers & Illustrators Contest
Teachers of Grades K-3
Plan to enter your students' original stories in the 2008 Young
Writers & Illustrators Contest, sponsored for the 14th year by Reading Rainbow.
SDPB sponsors the SD contest. Students may begin now to work on their own
stories, which must be submitted to SDPB by March 15, 2008. The winning stories
from previous contests are posted on the SDPB web site and are a helpful tool
for students to view before beginning to work on their own stories. Rules and
the entry form will be posted online at
www.sdpb.org in the Learning section very soon! Watch for further
announcements.
