Combining live action with state-of-the art animation, KID FITNESS entertains, educates and motivates young children to be physically active and develop healthy eating habits through song, dance and exciting adventures. This upbeat, highly interactive series motivates children aged two to six to get up and move along with fitness superhero Kid Fitness and his jungle animal friends. This season features brand-new episodes shot in High Definition, along with a new cast of characters. Throughout the series, Kid Fitness introduces a variety of age-appropriate physical movements, healthy recipes, nutrition tips, original music and educational adventure storylines designed to get young hearts pumping.
