SDPB DOES NOT APPROVE INDISCRIMINATE LIVE WEBCAST OF OUR AUDIO OR VIDEO PROGRAMMING ON ANY OTHER WEB SITE WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN PERMISSION. During the Budget Address a few weeks ago, several media sites rebroadcast SDPB TV coverage to their websites without prior permission. Unauthorized use of our broadcast media is a violation of our production copyright. SDPB will continue to make every reasonable effort to recognize and authorize our programs to be re-purposed and share them as a service to media colleagues; we simply ask that you respect our production copyright as you do your own.

With that said if you would like to utilize our TV broadcast of the State of the State or of the end-of-the-week press conferences for your website audiences, SDPB will provide and video player you can embed on your website. SDPB is making our live TV Broadcast of STATE of the STATE and the weekly press conference available for live broadcast on your website ONLY through OUR video player. Extracting SDPB's embedded player code for use on your Web page(s):

Preferred method - Locate the SDPB live player you want to embed on your Web page(s) and use the player's "share with friends" feature. (Second icon from the right in the player's control bar.) This is the best way to ensure that you are accessing the most current player and live stream.

Alternate method 1 - Locate the SDPB Live player you want to embed and extract the player embed code from the source code of the live player's Web page. http://www.sdpb.org/statehouse, for example
