Also, Peter Strong is the director of the Red Cloud Heritage Center Museum and co-curator of the Making New traditions Exhibit at the Dahl Arts Center in Rapid City. The exhibit features newly created work from eight emerging Native American artists with tribal ties in the northern plains. April Holder is one of those artists.
