House Health & Human Services

There are 40 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2003 session. Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special evening meetings. The House Health and Human Services Committee is scheduled to meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45am in room 468 of the Capitol.

HB 1201- authorize the Board of Counselor Examiners to review allegations of unethical conduct by unlicensed counselors and therapists.
SB 137- revise certain provisions related to the physician tuition reimbursement program and to establish a tuition reimbursement program for dentists who fulfill certain requirements.
SB 138- expand the nurse tuition reimbursement program to include other health care professionals.
