Senate Retirement Laws
There are 40 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2003 session.
Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions
during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will
hold special evening meetings. The Senate Retirement Laws Committee does
not have a regular meeting schedule; rather, the committee meets at the
call of the chair.

- complete meeting
SB 14 - allow conversion of certain South
Dakota Retirement System credited service by certain law enforcement
officers.
SB 15 - revise the filing deadline for
benefits under the South Dakota Retirement System, to revise the
commencement date in certain situations, and to provide a delayed
SB 16 - revise the retirement provisions
for certain members of the South Dakota Retirement System.
SB 55 - permit school administrators to
establish an association and to allow the purchase of certain service in
the South Dakota Retirement System. |
