Senate State Affairs

There are 40 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2003 session. Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special evening meetings. The Senate State Affairs Committee is scheduled to meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45am in room 412 of the Capitol.

SB 4 - define operating agreements for the purposes of regulating and licensing alcoholic beverages.

SB 181 - repeal obsolete provisions regarding time references to central and mountain standard time.
SCR 3 -  place all of Jones, Mellette, and Todd Counties within the central standard time zone.
