HB 1076- revise certain provisions related to energy savings contracts.
HB 1136- revise the requirements for a damage disclosure statement for motor vehicles.
SB 21- revise the requirements for service of a notice of entry in an action involving abuse or neglect.
SB 66- establish a homeless veterans initiative program within the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
SB 1- eliminate the requirement that certain nonprofit corporations file an annual report with the Department of Legislative Audit and to provide for Department of Legislative Audit approval of single audits of certain nonprofit corporations.
SB 2- revise the audit requirements for state agencies and to clarify the frequency and scope of certain audits performed by the Department of Legislative Audit.
SB 24- authorize the secretary of agriculture to suspend or revoke an egg dealer's or processor's license for certain violations and to provide the licensee an opportunity for a hearing.
SB 20- authorize the Department of Social Services to enter into alternative arrangements for the payment of child support obligations.

HB 1237- provide for the correction of certain taxation errors by political subdivisions and to declare an emergency.
HB 1159- make leaving employment due to domestic abuse good cause for voluntarily leaving employment for unemployment benefit purposes.
HB 1146- limit a perpetrator's right to recover for injuries received in the course of committing a crime and to revise the definition of crime.
HB 1121- clarify certain restrictions concerning sex discrimination in certain employment matters.

SB 22- revise certain provisions relating to the appearance by a parent in person, by counsel, or by telephone for a hearing to voluntarily terminate parental rights.
SB 137- revise certain provisions related to the physician tuition reimbursement program and to establish a tuition reimbursement program for dentists who fulfill certain requirements 
HB 1153- revise certain provisions pertaining to the possession of marijuana.
HJR 1003- Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article V, section 7 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, providing for the merit selection of circuit court judges.
HB 1231- stabilize the annual balance of the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission gross receipts tax fund.
HB 1229 - authorize a South Dakota Statuary Commission.

HB 1122- provide for the issuance of certain hunting licenses to persons on active duty in the armed forces.

HB 1204-increase the tax upon the sale of certain alcoholic beverages and to provide for the distribution of the tax revenue.

HB 1067- exempt golf courses from certain liquor license quota restrictions.
HB 1189- permit municipalities to impose and collect sales and use tax at municipally owned airports.
HB 1215- revise certain provisions regarding the records kept by taxidermists and the inspection of taxidermists.
HB 1282- revise certain provisions regarding the official records relating to a pardon.
HB 1187- prohibit the use or possession of scanning devices or reencoders with intent to defraud and to provide a penalty therefor.

HB 1173 - create a constitutional revision commission to make a comprehensive study of the Constitution of this state and to consider and recommend legislation for the improvement of the Constitution
HB 1192 - revise the procedure for assessing agricultural property and to repeal the nonagricultural acreage classification
HB 1196 - Provide for the periodic review of the agencies of state government
HB 1210 - allow for a nursing facility to be constructed on an American Indian reservation under certain circumstance
HB 1235 - provide for the taxation of wind energy property in South Dakota
HB 1243 - prohibit certain payments and receipt of payments for registering voters and assisting absentee voters
HB 1247 - provide for the funding of certain court appointed special advocate grant programs and to establish the Court Appointed Special Advocates Commission

HB 1147- increase the tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products.
HB 1183- prohibit pyramid promotional schemes.
HB 1176- require voters to provide identification before voting or obtaining an absentee ballot.
HB 1181- establish a comprehensive health association to provide health insurance coverage to eligible persons.
HB 1191- reward certain eligible teachers for performance and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1254- (JR 7-7) exempt certain purchases of material used in the production of greenhouse, nursery, and ornamental plants from sales and use taxes.

HB 1236- Allow for the exclusion of certain health insurance coverages as a condition of procuring individual health insurance.

SB 29- authorize the Board of Regents to construct an addition to the Darold "Dud" King Physical Education Center at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and to make an appropriation
SB 81- make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for the purpose of making certain grants and loans, and to declare an emergency.
SB 85- appropriate money for the Northern Crops Institute.
SB 127- provide that the beneficial interest in any wind easement shall follow the surface estate.
SB 145- revise certain Central Plains Water Development District boundaries.
SB 199- revise the powers and composition of the South Dakota State Fair Commission within the Department of Agriculture

SB 58- establish the value added tourism subfund and to provide for its funding and disbursement.
 SB 119- require owners of abandoned vehicles to pay for certain towing and storage expenses and to provide a penalty for the intentional abandonment of certain motor vehicles.
SB 76- bring the state into compliance with the Streamline Sales Tax Agreement.
SB 224- An act to allow school districts to provide transportation to  nonpublic school students.
