Government Operations & Audit
There are 40 Legislative Days scheduled for
the 2005 session. Standing
Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the
morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special
evening meetings. The House Government Operations and Audit Committee does
not have a regular meeting schedule, rather, the committee meets at the
call of the chair.

HB 1004 require that certain financial information concerning fund
balances be reported to the Legislature
HB 1005 provide for the deposit and appropriation of certain federal
reimbursements
HB 1006 provide for the submission of certain condition statements to
assist the Legislature in the budgeting of
financial resources available to the state
