SB 74 - repeal the Game, Fish and Parks Commission exemption relating to small business impact statements. SB 49 - modify the requirements for health discount plans. 17th Legislative Day 02/02/2006 Complete Meeting SB 200 - authorize the risk pool board to allow additional enrollees into the risk pool under certain circumstances. HB 1036 - revise certain provisions regarding the certification of an optometrist from another state and to increase the fee for a certificate of registration. HB 1017 - authorize the Public Utilities Commission to implement and comply with certain federal energy acts and to validate certain related commission actions. HB 1058 - revise certain provisions regarding investigations of the Division of Insurance. 22nd Legislative Day 02/09/2006 Complete Meeting HB 1070 - prohibit insurers from taking certain actions based on receipt of a notice of hearing and charges against insurance producers and to require that persons receiving such notice also receive notice of the final determination of the matter. SB 98 - limit the transfer or renewal of certain alcohol beverage licenses. HB 1111 - require certain third party administrators to provide reports of claims experience upon request. HB 1113 - exempt claims related to wildland fire operations outside the state from certain workers' compensation provisions and to declare an emergency.
