SB 31 - appropriate money to the Dakota Valley school district. SB 34 - revise the definition of an enrolled student. SB 52 - make an appropriation for the purchase of certain property in Brookings County from the Department of Transportation and to declare an emergency. SB 53 - authorize the Board of Regents to construct a new engineering class/lab building for South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor. SB 54 - assist fraternities and sororities at South Dakota State University to obtain commercial financing for improvements on land subject to certain reversionary clauses. SB 55 - authorize the Board of Regents to purchase improved real property adjacent to the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor. SB 56 - authorize the Board of Regents to acquire a seed technology facility for South Dakota State University, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency. SB 57 - authorize the Board of Regents to construct a straw bale house at the McCrory Gardens on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor. 13th Legislative Day 01/26/2007 Complete Meeting HB 1011 - make an appropriation to provide for the renovation of the National Guard armory in Brookings and to declare an emergency. SB 60 - authorize the purchase of certain improved real property in Pierre and to make an appropriation therefor. SB 86 - require the Bureau of Finance and Management to designate pay periods for state payroll systems. SB 34 - revise the definition of an enrolled student. 18th Legislative Day 02/02/2007 Complete Meeting HB 1010 - make an appropriation to provide for the renovation of the nursing care building on the South Dakota Veterans' Home campus and to declare an emergency. SB 162 - establish an alcohol and drug addiction counselor loan forgiveness program and to make an appropriation therefor. SB 158 - provide for an additional one-time one percent pay supplement to state employees. SB 179 - increase the veterans bonus payment amount. SB 184 - make an appropriation to reimburse certain family physicians, midlevel practitioners, and dentists who have complied with the requirements of the physician tuition reimbursement program, the midlevel tuition reimbursement program, or the dental tuition reimbursement program. SB 185 - make an appropriation to fund tax refunds for elderly and disabled persons for property tax and sales tax refunds. SB 204 - provide for the reimbursement of attorney's fees and costs for certain reinstated public employees and to make an appropriation to reimburse a Department of Human Services employee. SB 214 - increase the compensation of the secretary of state, the state treasurer, the state auditor, and the commissioner of school and public lands. SB 218 - authorize the South Dakota Building Authority to provide for the construction, reconstruction, renovation, and modernization of state park facilities and infrastructure at Custer State Park near Custer for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, to make an appropriation, and to declare an emergency. SB 219 - make an appropriation for a drought tolerance biotechnology research center and to declare an emergency. SB 112 - authorize funding for certain tribal colleges to defray certain costs associated with educating nonbeneficiary students at tribal colleges and to make an appropriation therefor. HB 1256 - revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2007 regarding appropriations to the Office of School and Public Lands, and to declare an emergency. HB 1061 - offer a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination initiative, to transfer funds, and to declare an emergency. HB 1246 - make an appropriation for the costs related to the intensive methamphetamine treatment program in the women's state correctional system. HB 1244 - revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2007 regarding the South Dakota opportunity scholarships. HB 1271 - create a drug court program in the Unified Judicial System and make an appropriation therefor.
