HB 1245 - revise the boundaries of the Central Plains, East Dakota, James River, and South Central water development districts, and to revise provisions related to the board of directors in the affected districts. SB 93 - revise the uniform commercial code. SB 28 - make an appropriation to reimburse certain family physicians, midlevel practitioners, and dentists who have complied with the requirements of the physician tuition reimbursement program, the midlevel tuition reimbursement program, or the dental tuition reimbursement program. SB 29 - make an appropriation to fund a dental externship program. SB 148 - provide for a tax incentive for fuel blended with biodiesel. HB 1255 - provide for the titling and registration of certain low-speed vehicles. HCR 1006 - Urging that the delisting of gray wolves as a threatened or endangered species be extended to include all parts of South Dakota. SB 132 - clarify provisions regarding the continuation of coverage after an employer ceases business operations. HCR 1007 - Supporting the establishment of USDA-inspected horse processing plants in the State of South Dakota. 29th Legislative Day 02/22/2008 Complete Meeting HCR 1009 - Supporting full funding, at the federal level, for immigration and custom enforcement officers for the detention of persons who have been determined to be in South Dakota illegally and have been reported to them by local law enforcement officers. HCR 1008 - Urging Congress not to impose any new performance fees, taxes, royalties, or other charges relating to the public performance of sound recordings on local radio stations and to support the Local Radio Freedom Act. HB 1294 - authorize a class of full-service restaurant on-sale licenses to be issued by first class municipalities. SB 112 - revise eligibility requirements for continuation of health care coverage. SCR 7 - Petitioning the United States Congress to repeal the REAL ID Act. HB 1080 - authorize the Board of Regents to construct a student athlete development center on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor. SB 80 - restrict the release or use of social security numbers by the state and its political subdivisions unless certain security measures are taken. SB 192 - authorize the Board of Regents to lease a site for delivery of public higher education in Pierre and to use money appropriated by the Legislature from the higher education facilities fund to make lease payments therefor.
