Senate Government Operations & Audit

There are 35 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2008 session. Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special evening meetings. The Senate Government Operations and Audit Committee does not have a regular meeting schedule, rather, the committee meets at the call of the chair.  Check the committee agenda

13th Legislative Day
01/28/2008 Complete Meeting
SB 46 - increase certain license fees for grain buyers and grain warehouses.
HB 1108 - repeal the election equipment replacement fund and to transfer the existing balance to the state general fund.
17th Legislative Day
02/04/2008 Complete Meeting
HB 1109 - repeal the state lottery investigation fund.
SB 134 - increase the pesticide registration fee, to revise its allocation, to revise certain related provisions, and to declare an emergency.
SB 152 - increase the biennial pesticide registration fee and to revise its allocation for the weed and pest fund.
