House State Affairs 

There are 40 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2009 session. Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special evening meetings. The House State Affairs Committee is scheduled to meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 am in room 414 of the Capitol.

HB 1034 - revise certain provisions relating to earnings subject to garnishment.
