There are 38 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2010 session. Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special evening meetings. The House Education Committee is scheduled to meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 am in room 413.

HB 1020 - authorize the transfer of certain special education funds to other funds under certain conditions and to declare an emergency.
HB 1022 - revise certain statutes to reflect the current organizational structure of the Department of Education.
