Senate Health & Human Services

There are 38 Legislative Days scheduled for the 2010 session. Standing Legislative Committees meet in regularly scheduled sessions during the morning hours of each Legislative Day. Some committees will hold special evening meetings. The Senate Health and Human Services Committee is scheduled to meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:45 am in room 412 of the Capitol.

HB 1029 - authorize the Board of Social Worker Examiners to deny, suspend, or revoke applications for licensure or licenses under certain circumstances and repeal certain physical examination provisions.
HB 1043 - revise the risk pool rate methodology, to revise the number of risk pool benefit plans offered, and to revise open enrollment for uninsurable children.
