SDPB TV Specials and Documentaries SDPB has produced a number of award winning, special event television programs. Most can be purchased on DVD or tape and some are available for online viewing. "The Black Hills and The Mountain Pine Beetle" This 30-minute documentary looks at how a multi-year infestation is affecting Black Hills Forests.	The Stavig Letters, written in Norwegian and translated into English by Bruce and Marta Boyce, are an extensive collection of letters between two brothers, Lars Stavig who immigrated to America and his brother Knut who stayed in Norway.
