This year's graduates enter what's being described as one of the hottest job markets in years. Guests examine the current market, who's hiring, and what salaries a degree can expect.

The National Association of Colleges and Employers reports that companies are hiring 14 percent more new college grads than last year -- and they're paying more too. For the first time in about five years, it's a seller's market. Companies report stiff competition for the best and brightest, and graduates find themselves in position to negotiate and even choose which job they want.

Guests:

Jason Poland, winner of Legoland California's national search for a new master builder; recent graduate from the University of Houston

Mark Zandi, chief economist, Economy.com

Johnna Torsone, senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Pitney Bowes Inc.
