NPR Tiny Desk entry The Beards have been described as “indie,” “alternative,” “actually something good,” and “something I would listen to again.” The five-piece band from Vermillion, South Dakota performs all original music and has played at a variety of venues. The ensemble consists of Joseph Raiche on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, Jake Kerby on electric guitar, Amy Askew on bass, Jason Askew on keys and Jeff Wesner on drums.
