NPR Tiny Desk entry The Rough Diamonds is an acoustic/electric guitar duo formed by Chris Cortez and Jay Henseler. Chris and Jay became band mates around 2006 and have been writing, recording, and performing music together ever since. From the first time the pair performed together they realized they had something special with their blend of unique styles and laid back attitude.
