Gary Oppenheimer is founder and executive director of AmpleHarvest.org. He's always hated food waste, and for the past 14 years, he's made it his mission to address it.

AmpleHarvest.org connects farmers and gardeners who've grown more food than they can use with food pantries. His organization has grown over the years and it now has a focus on reaching tribal communities.
