2017 NPR Tiny Desk Concert: Mark Mowry

Email share

Mark Mowry's music career started early. He was a drummer in high school and college and his current songwriting has evolved largely with his development as a guitarist and arranger. He was inspired by singer/songwriter performances like Simon & Garfunkel, Cat Stevens, and James Taylor.

Now permanently located in the Black Hills, Mowry says he is making a renewed effort to perform and entertain in South Dakota. "It's a big part of my life, as anyone who knows me will tell you."
