We'll discuss how tourism contributes to small businesses, especially those not directly connected to the tourism industry. Child's Play Toys in downtown Sioux Falls, for example, makes the majority of its sales during the tourist season. We’ll also discuss if and how tourism affects the quality of life for communities and how communities can make themselves more attractive to tourists.
