SD Focus takes a closer look at foster care in South Dakota.
South Dakota is facing a foster care shortage. As South Dakota continues to deal with a meth and opioid epidemic, many children caught in the middle are in need of foster care. Unfortunately, not enough families are opening their homes to help with the growing number of children in need. Our guests will talk about where the greatest need is and how South Dakotans can offer support to alleve this precarious situation. Guests include:
