Final results of the 2018 State Wrestling Championships from the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD. Pierre edged out Rapid City Stevens to win their fourth straight Class A state championship, while Canton pulled ahead in Class B to win their third state championship in the past seven years.
