On Thursday, the American Legion announced regional site locations for the National American Legion Baseball Tournament. Sioux Falls, SD was chosen to host the Region 6 tournament in back-to-back years, starting in 2019.
Tournament Locations
Region 1 – Shrewsbury, Massachusetts
Region 2 – Asheboro, North Carolina
Region 3 – Tampa, Florida
Region 4 – Hastings, Nebraska
Region 5 – Charleston, Illinois (2019 only)
Region 6 – Sioux Falls, SD
Region 7 – Lewiston, Idaho (2019 only)
Region 8 – Fairfield, California
The dates for each tournament will be August 7-11, 2019 and August 5-9, 2020. This is the first time bids could be submitted for a two-year commitment.
