A newly announced project is in the works for a Native American Heritage Outdoor Education Space at Renberg Elementary School in north Sioux Falls.
The project is a collaboration between the Sioux Falls School District and the National Park Service.
The new center will include space for traveling exhibits, community events and farm-to-table education.
Dr. Jane Stavem is the superintendent of the Sioux Falls School District. She joined "In the Moment" to discuss the plans ahead for the educational space.
