South Dakota Health Link is expanding its partnership with Health Catalyst to improve health care systems in the state.
Health Catalyst is a provider of data and technology services, and Health Link is the state’s health information exchange.
One aspect of the expansion is adding a service called “Ninja Universe” to South Dakota. This is a platform that exchanges data from different sources, like hospitals and jails, in real time.
The Department of Health said Ninja Universe is going to make things “better and faster” for people in the health care industry to share information.
