Dachau

Images Provided by Emil G. Mutschelknaus

Emil G. Mutschelknaus, who spoke German, was assigned to guard German soldiers as they cleaned the grounds at the liberated Dachau Concentration Camp. Mr. Mutschelknaus commented, "There is no way to describe the smell; it was horrible." A friend of Mr. Mutschelknaus took the photos.
