Sergei Prokofiev composed his 5th Symphony as a "hymn to free and happy man," but he did so while the world was burning. The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra features the work in its upcoming performance this Saturday, March 2nd at 7:30 p.m. CDT. Maestro Delta David Gier is with us for a preview.
