September is National Suicide Prevention Month. If you're struggling with mental health issues or know someone who is, call or text 988 to speak to a professional. Help is available 24/7.

Sioux Falls will host several suicide prevention events this weekend. The 437 Project's run ends in the city on Sunday.

On Saturday, an Out of Darkness walk will gather survivors and families at Levitt at the Falls. Advocates Janine Harris and Janet Harvey preview that event and discuss how to talk about suicide with your family and friends (1:11 to 21:45).

Plus, our Teacher Talk panel dives into what new teachers should know about supporting their students in a way that's healthy for kids and teachers (21:45 to 49:04).
