Host Jackie Hendry previews the new season of South Dakota Focus about the institutions, events and critters bringing tourists into the state (1:00 to 11:19).

Today is the annual Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup. South Dakota's Secretary of Tourism says it's a tourism experience like no other (11:19 to 14:07).

On Saturday, the Crazy Horse Memorial will host a celebration dedicated to the Tatanka (buffalo). Chief Development Officer Mary Murtala previews the day and talks about the importance of the buffalo to Native people (14:07 to 18:33).
