Millions of dollars have been committed to documenting the stories of Native boarding school survivors. Their voices have long been a priority for Interior Secretary Deb Haaland.

Minnehaha and Lincoln counties have increased in juvenile and divorce cases, but are trending down on criminal cases. Court officials say they don't have enough resources to keep up.
