Hear the debate on an immunization bill

Brent Duerre

This interview originally aired on "In the Moment" on SDPB Radio.

Senate Bill 100 would have prohibited the Department of Health from requiring new immunizations for South Dakota's kids. It would have put that responsibility with the Legislature.

We listen to proponent and opponent testimony in their own words.

The bill was killed on a 5-1 vote.
