Gov. Larry Rhoden is set to deliver the annual budget address Tuesday.
The speech takes place every year in early December at the state Capitol. In it, the governor outlines the state budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
Rhoden has previously said he expects a tighter budget this year.
Lawmakers discuss and can make changes to the budget during legislative session, which begins in January.
