Science isn't for the impatient. Experiments take years and years to plan, execute, analyze and present. That's especially true for a colossal undertaking like the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE).

Ian Helgeson and Kole Pickner both worked at DUNE for a couple years as South Dakota Mines students. Helgeson, who's graduating this May, and Pickner, who graduated last December, now have to pass the baton to the next class.

They join In the Moment to explain the experiment and the part they played in it.
