Kent Osborne joins Midday to discuss the SDPB Picture South Dakota photo contest. Our theme is simple: show us what being South Dakotan means to you.
We’ll award prizes to three categories: Professional, Amateur/Hobbyist, and Student. Winning photos will appear in the 2017 Picture South Dakota Calendar. Photos must be originals taken between May 24-31, 2016 and must be submitted by June 5, 2016.
