One person is dead after a plane crash in rural Yankton County.
According to the Yankton County Sheriff’s Office, a small plane crashed in a bean field Wednesday morning.
One victim died at the scene. No name is being released until family has been notified.
The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the crash.
