Several Sioux Falls state agency offices are moving to a new centralized location.

The Department of Revenue office is moving to the state’s new “One Stop” facility June 4, while the DMV office is set to move June 9.

Sioux Falls One Stop is located on the east side of the city in the Dawley Farm complex. When all is said in done, the 284,000 square-foot facility will host offices for 12 state agencies, including the Department of Social Services and Department of Labor and Regulation.

It’s modeled after a similar consolidated state office building in Rapid City, which was completed in 2022.
