"Women": A Modern Day Take On A Literary Classic

In The Moment ... July 30, 2018 Show 389 Hour 2

What's America's best loved novel?

It's the Summer of The Great American Read. You can vote online every day for your favorite book from a curated list of 100. One of those books is the "Little Women."

A pop-up theater company in Sioux Falls is staging a readers theater production of a show called "Women," a modern-day take on the 150-year-old literary classic.

The group says it is an opportunity for audience goers to hear a new piece of theatrical literature.

SDPB's Cara Hetland sat down with actors Tom Roberts, Mel Peterson, Scarlet Peterson and director Sonja Niles.

Chris has nearly 30 years of experience in radio broadcasting and production.
