Real as Air, a new play by Richard W. Swanson, is based on letters, messages, and memories shared between Richard, his wife Cheryl, and his sister Kathy after Kathy is diagnosed with ALS.

It's a play about hope and mortality, beauty and limitation.

You can see it at Augustana University in Sioux Falls, from September 21^st to 23^rd and from September 28^th to 30^th.

Richard W. Swanson and Jayna Fitzsimmons, director of Augustana's production, joined In The Moment with a preview of the play.
