The Arc of Dreams is a 285-feet long sculpture set to span the Big Sioux River in downtown Sioux Falls and represent the uncertainty and risk of pursuing a dream.

Dale Lamphere, SD's Artist Laureate and the man behind the vision, accompanied by Paul Schiller joined In The Moment to discuss the process behind the monument.
